If I could give zero I would. I have put in countless calls for somebody ANYBODY to get back to me and not one person has called me back or updated me on my case in over 6 months. Before that update I hadn’t heard from them for another few months. It’s really heartbreaking knowing you’ve put your trust in a firm that promises to fight for you and communicate with you and apparently does neither. Mr. Shrivanian if you are not aware of how your staff handles things I hope this is an eye-opener as they are a direct reflection of you.

I want to leave this review based on my experience. I had only limited communication with Narbeh directly, so most of my interactions were with Patrick. I would like to sincerely thank Patrick for his professionalism throughout the process. He was always honest, straightforward, and transparent. He never made unrealistic promises and always communicated the situation as it was. Working with him was clear and professional. However, there was one major issue that significantly affected my overall experience: the Lien Negotiator, Anthony. Unfortunately, he consistently missed deadlines, provided inaccurate timelines, and often told me one thing while the reality was completely different. There were periods when I could not reach him for months. Attempts to speak with him through the office were unsuccessful, and I was repeatedly unable to get clear answers regarding my case. As a client, I found this level of communication extremely unprofessional and frustrating. In fact, my case showed little to no progress for approximately six months until I reached out directly to Narbeh. Only then did things finally start moving forward. I would like to thank Narbeh for stepping in and helping move the process along. I genuinely hope the firm takes this feedback seriously. Your reputation is one of your most valuable assets, and the quality of communication and client service plays a major role in maintaining that reputation. While I appreciate the professionalism of Patrick and Narbeh involvement, the experience with Anthony unfortunately had a significant negative impact on my overall impression.
