This review is for my commercial business. Omar was professional and thorough.

Not recommended. Would not follow instructions that would allow me to protect my dog from their pest spray. Ignored repeated phone calls to terminate service and billed me anyway. Found two black widows near a doorway that should have been sprayed. Could have told the tech if I had known he was on site. Again, not recommended.

Dewey pest control gets 5 stars from me. After dealing with German roaches for almost a year and trying all kinds of different hacks which none of them worked. I called Dewey and they came over and after the first treatment, I saw a 180° difference. The roaches were virtually all gone. Dewey then came and did a second treatment Included in the price and now I do not expect to see any roaches at all.

I have worked with Marcos since day one to conduct an evaluation and provide recommendations. He was punctual, very courteous, and pleasant to work with. He shared the different types of treatments and frequencies available and provided all necessary details, along with agreements to finalize the arrangement. The first appointment went very well, with Marcos once again being both punctual and professional. I am very satisfied with the service received, and Marcos was undoubtedly a key factor in choosing Dewey’s services. I received a follow-up email with steps for a complimentary treatment to ensure all needs were addressed, which I took advantage of. Since the property had been vacant for an extended period, this additional treatment was very beneficial. I am extremely pleased with the service received, from scheduling and the initial walkthrough to treatments and follow-up communications. Highly recommended!
