Drip Too Hard Plumbing helped us with a water heater tank installation at one of our rental properties in Burbank. As a property manager, communication and timing are everything, and they made the process very easy from start to finish. They coordinated around the tenant, showed up on time, explained what needed to be replaced, and completed the installation professionally. The new water heater was installed cleanly, tested properly, and they made sure everything was working before leaving. It is always a big help when a plumbing company can communicate clearly with both the property manager and the tenant. We really appreciated the fast service, clean work, and smooth process. We would definitely use Drip Too Hard Plumbing again for future properties in Burbank.

Drip Too Hard Plumbing was a great choice for our bathroom project. We needed a Burbank plumber to replace our vanity, drain, and faucet, and they handled everything professionally from start to finish. The new vanity looks great, the faucet works perfectly, and the drain was installed cleanly with no issues. They showed up on time, explained the work clearly, and left the area clean. I’d definitely recommend Drip Too Hard Plumbing to anyone in Burbank looking for reliable plumbing work.

I had a great experience with Erik when he came out to service (descale and flush out) my water heater. He was friendly, professional, and extremely easy to work with from start to finish. I had to cancel our original appointment at the last minute, and he was very understanding and flexible in rescheduling me quickly. He was also very responsive in communication and provided the most competitive estimate compared to others I looked into. It was clear he’s knowledgeable and takes pride in his work—he got everything done efficiently and thoroughly. I also really appreciated how conscientious he was while working in my home. He made sure my dogs stayed safely away from any exposed water around the water heater until everything was fully dried, which showed a lot of care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Erik and will absolutely hire him again for any future plumbing needs.

Drip Too Hard Plumbing came out to our home in Burbank near Toluca Lake for what we thought was going to be a toilet repair. The toilet was loose and we were worried it might turn into something bigger, but after they inspected it, they found it was just a loose screw that needed to be tightened. What really impressed us was that they didn’t try to turn it into a paid repair. Since it was such a quick fix, they wrote it off as a free estimate and didn’t charge us anything. That kind of honesty is rare, and it immediately made us feel like we were dealing with a plumbing company we could actually trust. We also really liked their new customer login system. Having our warranty history, past service information, and account details ready whenever we need them makes everything feel much more organized and safe. It gives us peace of mind knowing that if we ever need to claim a warranty or look back at what was done, everything is already saved in one place. Highly recommend Drip Too Hard Plumbing if you need a reliable plumber in Burbank near Toluca Lake. They were honest, professional, and easy to work with.

We had a full house drain backup that hit us out of nowhere, and it turned into a real emergency fast. Toilets, sinks everything was backing up at the same time. We’re in Burbank, near Castaway, and it was one of those situations where you can’t wait until the next day. I called Drip Too Hard Plumbing, and they responded immediately. They showed up prepared, explained what was going on step by step, and got straight to work. You could tell they’ve handled these kinds of backups before calm, professional, and focused on fixing the problem the right way, not just rushing through it. They ran the drain line, cleared the blockage, and made sure the entire system was flowing properly again before packing up. No mess left behind, no pressure, no upselling — just solid work when we needed it most. If you’re in Burbank and need a plumber near you, especially for an emergency drain issue or a whole house backup, I highly recommend Drip Too Hard Plumbing. They came through when it mattered.
