I recently purchased a Delphi H2 water ionizer that needed to be installed under my kitchen sink. Because it's a sophisticated, state-of-the-art hydrogen water ionizer, I wanted an experienced plumber who would take the time to install it correctly. After searching online, I found Plumber-On-Call and spoke with a very pleasant representative who arranged for a plumber to come to my apartment within a couple of hours. Jason arrived promptly, assessed the job, and provided a clear estimate. What impressed me most was his professionalism and attention to detail. Before beginning the installation, he carefully reviewed the user manual and took the time to watch the manufacturer's step-by-step installation video to ensure everything was done exactly as recommended. The installation took just under three hours, and Jason never rushed the process. When he finished, he patiently explained how to operate the Delphi H2 and answered all of my questions. I am extremely pleased with the quality of his work and the care he took throughout the installation. I highly recommend DropStars Plumbing to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, conscientious, and professional plumber.

Had a great experience with DropStars. Quick service, excellent results. They replaced my kitchen faucet, added an airgap for our dishwasher and installed water hammer arrestors for our washing machine. Miguel was great. He communicated all that the work entails, tested the results and cleaned up afterwards. Will use this company again

We hired DropStars for a whole house re-pipe. Our project manager Gary clearly took pride in his work, and his wealth of experience was invaluable to troubleshoot the inevitable issues that cropped up as we dug deeper into our plumbing system. After all the work he put in to make things right, I am confident that our plumbing will perform excellently for many years to come. I also appreciate his clear communication about the work being performed, and for providing detailed pictures to illustrate the issues. Edward provided clear and consistent communications from the office, and I was always informed as to when the work would be performed and what to expect. I also want to recognize Martin and his crew who diligently completed the re-piping, working wonderfully as a team to get it done in one day. Thank you all, much appreciated!
