HORRIBLE! I ordered a PS5 earlier in the month. They commited to a delivery date of 12/22. Once the order was placed, they changed the delivery date to 12/28 because they shipped ground from across the county. When I inquired about this, they offered me $10. After finding the PS5 elsewhere, I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They added a "retrun to sender" to the shipment and the delivery was reverted. They THEN told me they would apply the refund 3 days after they received their item from their courier. Horrible shipping, horrible customer service, and fraudulant. I am reporting the charge as fraudulant to my bank and will never do business with this company again!

Ordered a PS5 from this company on Walmart.com. Product arrived sooner than expected, but only functioned for about 3 hours. Customer service said I could return it for a full refund, and sent me a box. I shipped the PS5 back, but they refused to issue a refund, telling me I had used the wrong box - which they had provided! I had to dispute the charge on my credit card, which was eventually successful. If you’re going to gouge people on prices, at least offer decent customer service.

Ordered a PS5 from them, apart from the obvious price upsell they definitely delivered the correct product and it came within the promised 4-5 day period. No issues with the product what so ever and it runs great, don’t let the negative reviews scare you, if you have the money and you don’t wanna wait for PlayStation to release more systems, I suggest you buy from pro electronics distributing because you’ll still end up satisfied with your purchase.

Ordered a PS5 about a week ago and it arrived in about 4-5 days in good condition. Everything looked fine inside the box and there was no damage whatsoever. Used it for 2 nights in a row and everything is working fine. Other than the price, I don't see any issues with this company. I reached out several times for tracking updates and they responded within a few hours most of the time. Obviously I didn't want to spend double the price for this, but they are one of the few people who have them in stock, so they get to make the rules, that's how economics work. If anyone is to blame for these crazy prices its Sony and other retailers, they need to implement an anti scalping system where someone cant buy hundreds of units at once. If you're tired of waiting for prices to drop and dont feel like waiting a year or longer to get a PS5 I would say these guys are safe bet to use.

If you are tired of refreshing your browser trying to get a PS5 like I was, please do not resort to paying $900 for a scalped one. These guys use bots that run nonstop and buy up all the next-gen consoles and then jack up the price for us. I ordered one from these guys and I never received it. It's been 3 weeks and the tracking number they gave me is bogus, and I can't get ahold of anyone there for a refund. Shame on these guys and shame on walmart for letting them scalp on their website
