Nicole came at a crucial time for me as a small business owner. I had just taken over an older Pilates studio and was in the process of reviving it. Income was low so I was trying to do everything myself. Bookkeeping was my least favorite and most time consuming. So when I came across Nicole she was literally a Godsend. I've been using her services since 2022 and it was been so so helpful. She is always available for questions and support. She explains things that I don't understand. Her communication overall is clear and prompt. She has been a key player in making the systems I have in place run smoothly which has helped me grow the business tremendously. I highly recommend Nicole for all your bookkeeping and payroll needs!

Been a client since they first started and expectations have went above what I had imagined. Nicole is always fast to answer any questions I have effective and professionally. I use them for both payroll and book keeping and highly recommend for anyone considering.

Nicole has been fantastic for my growing company! Every time I have a question or need assistance she is always available right away and takes care of it. It is very reassuring to have such a reliable and efficient service having our backs. She also does our bookkeeping and always checks in with me to ensure it is up to date. So happy we made the switch over a year ago.

Hodges Payroll Service handled our payroll efficiently and with care. We enjoy have this service as part of our financial team. Highly recommend.
