I am disappointed with the level of support provided. I reported the issue on the same day, and while I was told the problem was identified, I only learned through repeated follow-up calls that it would not be resolved until the third day. As a business service account holder, this delay has significantly impacted our operations. Although new services can be scheduled promptly, support requests are not given the same priority, and I was not provided with a clear timeframe for resolution despite long wait times. If this issue is not addressed, I may file a consumer complaint with the Attorney General's Office of the Consumer Department.

I live on a rural property that has had Geolinks as the only option for many years. The internet itself is slow and unreliable - if it’s been storming for any length of time, the internet goes down due to lack of sunlight to power the solar panels on their tower stations. Seems like in 2026, there should be a better way to do this. If we lose internet, we don’t have a way to communicate with the outside world because there’s no cell service here, so in a storm, that is a major problem. One would think if you express these concerns to Geolinks support, that would make a difference, but they ignore us on weekdays. Weekends? No support is available at all. You’d better hope you don’t lose internet on a Saturday with these guys! Starlink exists… Geolinks will be obsolete soon, especially if their customer service continues to decline. If you’re considering switching to this company, do not do it. You’ll regret it.

⭐ 1-Star Review – GeoLinks Communications If you’re considering GeoLinks for your internet service, do yourself a favor and run. My property has a lease/trade agreement with GeoLinks where they provide internet service in exchange for placing their equipment on my land. That agreement is meaningless when they fail to deliver functional service or even basic support. On December 10, I spoke with a GeoLinks representative (Rus) and was promised a follow-up call. Nearly two weeks later, nothing. No call. No email. No action. There are multiple unresolved issues: 1. The account is still incorrectly listed under someone no longer associated with the property. 2. The internet speed and bandwidth are nowhere near what was agreed to or required. We currently receive under 10 Mbps download and about 2 Mbps upload, which is unusable for modern communication or work. And it gets worse. Our internet went down over a weekend/holiday period and stayed down for three full days. GeoLinks provides no weekend or holiday support at all. We have no cell service at this location — the internet is our only means of communication. The fact that there is no way to reach support during the times outages are most disruptive is beyond unacceptable. It’s dangerous and irresponsible. Their network reliability is also questionable: their towers are solar powered, which means if there isn’t enough sun for a few days, you simply don’t have internet. No redundancy. No contingency. Just… hope for good weather. After nearly two weeks of waiting for promised follow-up, we called again and were told: • No progress has been made • The leasing department was “unavailable” • And no timeline was provided This is not how a professional company operates. This is how a company behaves when it doesn’t respect its customers or its agreements. If meaningful progress is not made immediately, we will be terminating the agreement, switching to Starlink, and requiring GeoLinks to remove their equipment from our property. Unreliable service. No support when it matters most. Broken promises. Zero accountability. Choose literally any other provider.

I’ve been with Geolink for about 10 years, across 5 different warehouses from City of Industry to Redlands, CA. We run a logistics company and need fast, reliable internet with a static IP address. Here’s why we picked Geolink: 1) Their installers are professional and know exactly what they’re doing. The setup is always smooth and stress-free. 2) Their service is reliable. In the past 10 years, the internet only went down once—and that was during a windy day back when we were in Rancho Cucamonga. 3) The internet speed is always fast and stable. 4) Their tech support is helpful and easy to reach when we need them. Overall, Geolink has been a great partner with excellent service and support. I highly recommend them to other businesses. Thanks for keeping us connected for the past 10 years. Two of the most impressive aspects of my GeoLinks experience has been their responsiveness and flexibility. When other carriers could not provide service or responded with an overwhelming amount of red tape and delays, GeoLinks has been super quick with quotes, site surveys and installations. I can't say enough about this company and how valuable they've been, to me and my clients.
