Top AC installed our new HVAC system 4 years ago. We have had ZERO issues until last week. All of a sudden, there was no cooling. They responded within 2 days (of course it happened Friday night). Come to find out it was our Nest thermostat. They replaced it with their preferred thermostat which is so much easier to use. We’ve been totally cool ever since!

Excellent team explained the issues with my curent systen and realizing the repairs were going to nbe outraguous I asked for a quote on a new system i thought the qoted price was very fair consideting this was America Standard. They also offered a 18 month no interest thru Well Fargo plus they guaranted installation in 1 day inc building inspection thru the city. They met all their promises. Great co to deal with

My 14 year old AC unit recently stopped working during a spring heatwave (of course it did, no better time). I called Top AC to come out and investigate the issue, hoping it was an easy fix. Sadly, I needed an entirely new unit. Luckily, they were able to secure a brand new unit and install it the next day. The job from start to finish took the better part of a day. The crew was clean and efficient and took care when working on my property. I’ve used Top AC before when I needed a new furnace and they were great, then, too. I appreciate the work they do at competitive prices.

Great experience with Top AC Heating & Air Conditioning. Ethan was responsive and easy to connect with to schedule a tech for routine maintenance. Frank was the technician and he was polite, informative about what he was seeing, communicative, and friendly. This company is trustworthy and I've already recommended to my neighbors. Prices are very fair and I've really glad I've come across this company as I will continue to utilize them for my HVAC service and future needs. Thank you!

Our old AC was constantly causing issues, so we decided to replace it. After getting five estimates, we chose Top AC — and we’re very happy we did. Ethen was professional, honest, and great to work with. The price was fair and right in the middle of the market. The team arrived on time, did a clean and proper installation, and coordinated smoothly with our roofing company during our roof replacement. Highly recommend Top AC — reliable, professional, and excellent service.
