Very happy with the service. Joe was amazing. He was very thorough and attention to detail. He was also very knowledgeable and made sure we were happy.

Joe provided exceptional service during today's mosquito maintenance visit. He was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond our expectations. I'm very impressed with his care and attention to detail.

The techs are super friendly, but at this point, it's the only positive thing I have to say. They cannot get their billing together. I have been calling for MONTHS to get billing straightened out and they just can't get it together. Also, they can set up rat traps outside, but if you have rats inside, its an extra "service" for traps inside. They want to charge for everything. I would 100% recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Anthony arrived at the scheduled time, introduced himself, and completed all of the previously agreed-upon pest control services in a professional and timely manner. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. I appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Anthony and EcoShield Pest Solutions to others. Thank you for a job well done!

EcoShield is a solid company. They do great service and have awesome customer service! Not just once in awhile, but every interaction is top quality! Just recently had a service to deal with and avoid rodent activity. Our techs Frank and Guadalupe were excellent!
