I walked to find a much smaller shop then the name suggests. However the lady working thier who I suspect was the owner was beyond great. I had googled a specific set of headphones and this place was the closest at the time. So I walk in and I'm Immediately greeted by the woman there I asked about to headphones and she pulled me out five different pairs to choose from. She noticed that one of the boxes had a rip on it so she says. No you don't want this one so she gave me a different one. She the. Put that one aside. I chose a pair she asked if she could open as she wanted to make sure they worked .. The whole time there I felt like the woman was on my side for everything about the purchase. Then when she told me the price I was I almost said I'll take two cuz they were half the price of what I expected to pay. I thought she was ringing it up. I asked her some questions about other products. I saw she answered it. She knew the answers. She knew the product. It was like an old fashioned you know shop that you would go to the ones that Amazon put out of business. That's who she is. I will definitely go there again. I will definitely tell my friends about her and I shop. I was nothing but pleased when I walked out.. Old fashioned service with a smile.
