I have had the pleasure of working with nearly every technician they have employed, and I have NEVER had a bad experience with a single staff member. I would like to shout out a few individuals who I work with frequently. First, Jennifer, who answers the phone, is extremely pleasant. I genuinely enjoy answering the phone and hearing that it's her! She goes out of her way to listen and input tickets on my behalf. I sometimes find myself in stressful, time-sensitive situations, so her assistance in creating tickets for me has been invaluable. Next, Jose. I have had the continued privilege of working with him on several projects. His dedication to exhibiting exceptional customer service is unmatched! Jose’s attentiveness and genuineness of actually wanting to help is comforting.
