Contacted John McCraw Electrical concerning the malfunction of our Kidde Smoke Alarms which were installed by the business more than a year and a half ago. All 7 smoke alarms were loudly blasting simultaneously at 3am to 6am every 10 minutes. It was a false alarm and couldn’t turn them off using the hush button. Finally, the smoke alarms quieted down. Left a message at the office. Merry Jayne called me back after the weekend on Monday morning. She was wonderful in making sure that the problem would be taken care of as soon as possible. Great Customer Service! We made an appointment; John and Chris replaced all 7 Kidde Smoke Alarms with 10 Year Sealed Lithium Batteries. I was having electrical problems with a couple circuits and my mother's mobile home so I called and made an appointment to McGraw electrical the night before . I was given a morning appointment John showed up with his helper on time, went right to work and fixed the problem within an hour , he had the parts he needed with him was very professional and clean, presented me with a very fair bill at the end of the job and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any kind of electrical service. I returned from out of town one weekend to find my refrigerator had lost power during an outage. I tried resetting the breaker myself without success and called McCraw Electric for an emergency weekend consultation. Instead of charging an exorbitant after-hours fee, the electrician had me send a photo of my breaker box, quickly identified the issue, and talked me through the proper way to reset it. The problem was resolved within minutes. They were far more concerned with a satisfactory resolution than with capitalizing on my misfortune. True professionals with great integrity. McCraw Electric will be my first call in the future.
