Nightmare company. We decided to go with this company because it was represented by Costco. It worked one day stop working According to technician it had the electrical problem he fixed it work one more day stop working again another technician came according to him was wrong connection Work one more day and after that, it has leaked and we had huge property Water damage and mold recurring. They asked us to give them a chance to fix it, but we cannot get report or HOA still not working did not pass testing test and we are in this nightmare for two months. Don’t waste your time and your money to hire them you will regret !!!

I just had my HVAC maintenanced, the technician Ryan is super thorough and helpful. He’s got more meters and cameras to show me the readings and xplained to me whether the readings were in line with the system performance. Greatly appreciate the time and efforts. I highly recommend this company.

June 4, 2026 the Installation crew (Misters Julio Rojas, Daniel Avila Jason Le and Jonathan Rosales) From Dutton arrived punctually at 8 AM and worked feverishly for the better part of 12 hours to get our new heating & air-conditioning unit installed and up online. We could not be more pleased with their professionalism, positive attitude, willingness to address questions and concerns …all with smiles on the faces! A tremendous work ethic, indeed! In today’s market - that is nothing shy of exceptional! Thank you Julio and crew!

Shout out to Rowland, plumbing.cooling, heating and electrical. The crew that came out to our house did an amazing job 👍🏽 (crew) MANUEL, LUIS and DARELL, job well done my friends. You all have went above and beyond to make me happy and for that I want to thank you. This crew are hard working men who gets the job done and they will not leave until the job is done and I’m completely satisfied with their performance. Darell made sure I knew how to work the setting on our new thermostat unit and showed me the replacement of our new air conditioner unit outside. WOW! Thank you Rowland air for restoring comfort back into my home. Gustavo and his team came in and worked all day to get our hvac system replaced . They covered our floors and took amazing care of our home. During the installation we were also checked in on by the installation manager Jesus making sure everything was running smoothly. I mean this is the dream team!!!!! We finally have AC before summer hits , Thank you ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
