Exceptional service yet again! As we are expecting the El Nino in Southern California, and it’s also been a couple of years since I used them first, it was time to make sure my garden drains are root and debris free, before everyone and their mother start booking their services for hydro-jetting. Juan and the team arrived strictly on time, explained everything, confirmed the rate to avoid any surprises, got everything done efficiently on a Friday morning right before the alleged rainfall. I definitely recommend their services, I won’t use anyone else, they got it right!

Jason was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. I obtained four quotes before choosing Drain Brothers, and their pricing was fair and right in the middle while offering great quality. I've already requested another quote for additional work. If they continue providing quality service at reasonable prices, I'll gladly keep using them and recommend them to friends and family.

Ozzy answered the phone immediately, and came over quickly. His pricing is fair, and he did the job right away, having all the tools he needed with him. He was friendly and seemed very honest. I would definitely use his service again, and have his magnet on my fridge. Highly recommend!

We recently had Drain Brothers Inc. out to evaluate a plumbing issue in Valencia and we were very impressed with their professionalism and honesty. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explain what was happening, and provide clear recommendations without any pressure. What stood out most was their willingness to educate us on our options and help us understand the best path forward. Excellent communication, knowledgeable technicians, and outstanding customer service throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend Drain Brothers Inc. to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumbing company.

Thank you so much, Ozzy! I was completely panicked this morning, but you got the appointment scheduled right away, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. Alex was amazing! He replaced a section of cracked and corroded pipe, dug everything up, repaired it, covered it back up, and left the area clean when he was finished. The quality of his work and professionalism were incredible. This truly saved me. I have so many projects going on right now, and having your team respond so quickly was such a relief. I feel very lucky to be working with you all. Thank you again for the outstanding service!
