This company was incredibly easy to work with. Our remodel was delayed several times and they were more than happy to work with us each and every time something came up. Bridget makes herself very accessible and works hard to ensure you have the best team doing your install. Highly recommend.

Bridget was responsive, professional and patiently spent time with my husband reviewing carpet options while I was away on a biz trip. She provided pros and cons with various carpet samples working with our interior paint colors. Her follow up was timely and informative. Bridget was great! The hic cup was installation Apparently installation is not integrated with sales which caused over a 2 week delay in installation. We learned, Sales and installation are separate entities, seemingly separate companies. Not optimal from customer perspective. Once we finalized w Bridget that’s where we had delays. Bridget did her job, the communication and execution from installation team was a problem.

I had an outstanding experience at West Coast Flooring, and a huge part of that was thanks to Bridget, who was hands down a fabulous salesperson! From start to finish, she made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain the different options, answered all of my questions, and really made me feel confident in my decisions. If you’re looking for flooring solutions visit one of their three locations.

Our experience with West Coast Flooring was great! The staff is very personable, they had a huge selection of flooring to choose from, the pricing was incredible (we were so thankful we went through Costco; and Bridget really hooked us up!!) and the install service was amazing! They even returned to finish our closet once our bath remodel was completed a month later! We highly recommend West Coast Flooring!!!

The best experience! West Coast Flooring has replaced my floors twice and did a phenomenal job! Cherie Murray was a gem to work with when a few issues popped up (difference in the finish of the planks from Shaw) and had it taken care of immediately! I cannot say enough about her customer service and the professionalism of the entire team! There is no one else I would have do my floors!
