South County Air Conditioning & Heating is a go-to recommendation I make for clients who've just purchased homes in the Dana Point and South Orange County corridor. Their team brings local expertise that makes a real difference — they understand the specific demands that coastal climates place on HVAC systems. Fast response times, honest assessments, and quality workmanship are exactly what buyers expect when they invest in a premium property, and this company consistently delivers.

Great experience with South County. Super easy to set up appointment on-line. Good communication prior to the visit. Zak showed up on time. They even provide tracking to know exactly when they will arrive. Problem was diagnosed efficiently and resolved. I have heat again. I can confidently recommend South County and Zak. Don't hesitate. Thanks Guys for a job well done!

I highly recommend South County Air Conditioning and Heating. Zak the service technician quickly identified and fixed the issue we had with our gas wall heater. Unlike many other HVAC companies (which are increasingly owned by big out of state companies) there was no pressure to tear out and replace a working system for $15-20k, just an honest assessment, diagnostic testing, good suggestions, friendly service at a reasonable price. Again, highly recommended.

We’ve had nothing but the best experiences with Zak at South County Air Conditioning and Heating. The entire company is fantastic, offering great pricing and quality equipment, but Zak truly stands out. He’s respectful of our home, kind to our pets and kids, and always takes the extra time to set up our new smart thermostats, ensuring we can control everything from our phones and fully understand how the new system works. For all your air conditioning or heating needs, look no further. Call South County and ask for Zak F.

Nate was awesome! He helped me identify the issue and gave me multiple options to repair and to replace my heater. Would 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone!
