We recently had Wise Owl install two new full AC Pro systems in our home in San Clemente, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, what stood out most was their professionalism and work ethic. They told us upfront the install would take two full days from 8am–5pm, and they absolutely delivered. I knew we chose the right company when I saw their trucks sitting outside our house at 7:45am each morning, ready to go and waiting patiently to start. Nate, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions over several weeks, and he took the time to answer every single one without ever making me feel pressured or trying to upsell me into something more expensive. It genuinely felt like he just wanted to help us make the best decision for our home and our family. The install team, Omar, Treven, and Zak, were awesome. These guys worked hard the entire time, were extremely professional, and kept everything impressively clean. We have a toddler at home and unfortunately scheduled the install during her spring break, but they went out of their way to work around her nap schedule so our routine wasn’t completely thrown off. That level of consideration meant a lot to us. They were always on time, constantly moving, and clearly took pride in their work. We replaced two original 2008 Goodman systems that had gotten loud enough to vibrate our walls, and the difference is honestly shocking. The new systems are so quiet that I had to walk outside just to make sure they were even running. The airflow inside is smooth and consistent, and everything feels like a major upgrade across the board.
