These folks do a task I won't.....my taxes. Percise, great communication and job well done. Couldn't ask for more.

The experience of filing my 2024 tax returns with this firm was dismal to say the least. We paid for what we thought was going to be excellent service and it was expensive . The attention to detail is lacking and not what you would expect from a CPA firm. The staff is nice enough, but feels like they’re making excuses. I don’t get a straight or knowledgeable answer and had to call several times to get the CPA to call me back.We had to switch accountant, who found many errors. We ended up costing thousands to have another accountant re do our Business and personal tax returns. I would not recommend this place unless you want a problem after problem and no response.

I debated writing this review because our actual CPA was a nice person on a personal level—but ultimately, that doesn’t make up for the fact that our overall experience with the firm fell short. We didn’t realize the extent of the issues until we brought on a new firm, who quickly identified several important items that had been done incorrectly or overlooked. We’re now having to go back and file amendments and correct a number of errors that should have been caught the first time. In hindsight, the work often felt rushed and lacked the level of care we needed as a growing business. We noticed issues in QuickBooks that weren’t addressed, wrong entity types were chosen, there were discrepancies in depreciation schedules and deductions, duplicate entries and error in reconciliations, negative liability accounts, outdated inventory methods, we filed returns on a cash basis yet they reported our balance sheets and P&L's using accrual basis creating big inconsistencies. We were also charged filing penalties for errors on their end. Beyond the technical issues, what disappointed us most was the lack of proactive guidance. There was no strategic advice, little planning support, and very little effort to understand our business goals. If we didn’t ask specific questions, those conversations simply didn’t happen. The relationship felt transactional—have a quick call, upload the docs, and see you next year. Again, our CPA was kind and easy to communicate with, which is why I held off on posting this for a long time. But professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine investment in client success matter deeply when it comes to finding the right firm. I hope this review is taken as constructive feedback—many businesses depend on firms like this to truly guide them. This is solely my experience and opinion, and I’m sharing it in the hope that it helps both the firm and other businesses make more informed decisions.

Janet has been doing our personal and business tax preparations for the past 5 years. Her work has always been outstanding!!! Janets work is that of a true expert in dealing with our personal and business tax issues. It's a pleasure having her and her company prepare our tax returns for us. Her entire office staff are all very professional and always friendly. We will continue using Janets tax services as long as she is in business. An awesome tax and CPA company. I would give this company 10 star rating if i could.
