I am a 20-year homeowner of my beautiful WNC Del Mar Mesa home. It was built by Bruce Wiegand and Bart Neglia to impress and last. Spectacular attention to detail and craftsmanship. Highly professional, accomplished and knowledgeable San Diego builders.

I cannot speak highly enough of WNC. I pride myself on quality of work and client reputation, and WNC does the same. They are a pleasure to work with, always. WNC built our home in Carlsbad, and it was a challenging project from the start. Our goal was to build a three-story modern home on a very small lot in the Village. We bid out the project to five contractors that were are fairly similar in cost projections. We chose WNC because it was obvious from the very beginning that they were hard workers, cared deeply about their projects, and treated the people that worked for them with the utmost respect. Bart and Bruce followed through on every detail throughout the project. Bart was at our property every day, multiple times. His sub-contractors were the best, and you could tell they enjoyed working for WNC (which means EVERYTHING, because they would make WNC projects priority). When I visited the project, there was always a sense of positivity (which is rare when there are so many people working in such a tough project with multiple deadlines). Bart and Bruce went out of their way to make sure our neighbors were happy while our home was being built. The homes on either side are less than 10’ away from our home, but Bart always made sure to check in with them and give them the heads up on the extra noisy days. Bart had great suggestions for saving money in some areas, yet encouraged us to use quality, durable products. His connections were key in knowing where to go and who to talk to for everything from windows to tile. I had a few contractors that I knew personally and WNC had no problem working with them. I felt like I could depend on them to lead me in the right direction, yet had the freedom to choose who I wanted to work with. Did we make our deadline for when we wanted the house completed? That is a no, but we were building through the beginning of Covid when supply chains were at a halt and many were sick. Bart and Bruce did everything they could to keep our target dates. I would 100% work with WNC if we ever built another home. We love our house!
