⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend this company. Their website says, *“Call Huff First… We specialize in getting repairs done right on time, the first time. The time you spend with us will not be wasted! If we are not a good match, we will point you in the right direction.”* Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all. Rick Huff, the owner, came to our home on January 3rd to address a leak in our kitchen ceiling. He diagnosed it as a broken valve in our fire sprinkler system and repaired it in less than 30 minutes. We paid $640 for the repair, and he cashed the check the same day. Three days later, the leak started again in the exact same spot. I immediately reached out via text asking him to come back and fix the issue since it clearly wasn’t repaired correctly the first time. He did not respond. My husband called him and was told he was “busy that week.” On January 10th, I followed up again and was told, “I’m not sure and will text when we are available.” After another week with no resolution (and having to keep the water turned off to our entire fire sprinkler system), I offered multiple appointment options to make it easy. His response? “You can hire any number of companies to repair.” After that, he stopped responding to texts and emails. I even requested a refund so we could hire someone else, and received no reply. A company that claims to fix things “right the first time” but won’t stand behind their work when it fails days later is not professional or trustworthy. Very disappointing experience. I feel sick to my stomach after this experience. $640 is a lot of money to pay someone who doesn't stand by their work. AND we still have the leak in our ceiling.

Huff Fire came out the same day and bought special parts to fix my fire sprinkler system.

First of all, a live person actually answered my call. In addition, when I talked to Rick, the owner of the company, he was very helpful. Because of his help, we didn't actually need him to come out to our home. This is one of the best things you can ask for from a business and it is clear that he cares about his customers, his reputation, and long term business relationships.
