Why retail tenants in Carlsbad work with flooring providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

Travis and the team did an amazing job. From coming out quickly to discuss flooring options and prices. To scheduling to install. His install team were fantastic. They all moved our furniture with care , preparation of the sub floor , installation of the carpet and respectful of our property.

Floor Coverings International installed vinyl plank flooring in our dining room, and they did an excellent job. The team was on time, professional, and very detail-oriented. The installation looks seamless, and they left everything clean when they finished. We’re thrilled with the result and highly recommend them!

I had such a great experience with Floor Coverings International Carlsbad! From the very first visit, the team was super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
The owner, Travis Brown, went above and beyond in every part of the job — helping me pick the perfect flooring, keeping me updated through the whole process, and making sure everything turned out even better than expected. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.
If you’re thinking about new floors, I highly recommend Travis and his team. They make the whole process smooth, stress-free, and the results are amazing!

We loved working with Travis and his team and would highly recommend them to anyone! Travis came out to give us a quote on short notice, adjusting his own schedule to fit ours, which was huge. He is very personable and knowledgeable and educated us on the right flooring options for our home. We were scheduled fairly quickly and the pricing was very reasonable. Lissie and Travis communicated with us up to the day of install, and the team worked extremely fast (but very thorough). I absolutely LOVE our flooring and am so impressed with the quality. They came recommended to us from my cousin, who had the same fantastic experience. Highly recommend!!

We had a terrific experience working with Travis and his team at Floor Coverings International. They installed beautiful, high quality (commercial grade) LVP throughout our new construction, 3-unit condo building (over 6500sf). Travis is very knowledgeable and attentive, aiding in everything from design choices to installation. Many high quality flooring options at a good value. Highly recommend!
