Seth and his son did an incredible job cleaning my 2 AC units. They also found that the installer of one of my units took several installation shortcuts that could have led to a serious problem and they repaired the prior work to bring it up to code. Seth is honest, fastidious, professional and neat! I so appreciated his expertise and willingness to explain to me everything that he was doing and why. Coastal Refrigeration Heating and Air came out to install a new WiFi thermostat and replaced my air vents. They came out on time and evaluated my system promptly. We went over all my options and they were able to install the same day. Pricing was good and Installation was great! They also helped setup the app on my phone for the WiFi thermostat. I highly recommend this company.

I called Seth for the first time after noticing water leaking from my furnace on a crazy hot California day. He told me he was finishing a job and he'd be there shortly. Roughly 30 minutes later, he was at my door. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote to fix it. While a previous AC maintenance guy had insisted I should upgrade my system, Seth did agree that my system was past its lifespan, but he said there was no real reason to upgrade at this time. Instead, he suggested we go with the fix, which I found to be very good and honest business. Seth ran me through every step of the repair. From what was wrong, to why it was wrong, and how he was going to fix it. A couple hours later, he was done with the repairs. This is one of these instances where I feel good paying a sizable amount of money to someone because I do feel like I got a lot in return. I didn't feel taken advantage of like I did before with other AC guys. Seth is honest, friendly, a great communicator, and a true professional. I have saved his number for when my system eventually dies and needs replacement. Until then, I'll happily refer all my friends to him if they ever need heating or AC help.
