Clearly stated what coverage I needed. Had a bunch of equipment stolen. When I tried to make a claim Apex made a mistake on my policy! Although I do mobile work and expressed it multiple times- Apex neglected to get me appropriate coverage. This was a detrimental loss for me. Claim was denied after months of working on it. Shop with someone honest and competent. Reply edit: My business is mobile pipe repair equipment sales and repair. They knew this. A trailer, generator, tools and Utility vehicle with a sewer robot got stolen!! not “desert toys” SEE. DENY DENY DENY. I literally have dozens of emails outlining what coverages I wanted and what needed coverage. These people are scum. You are not protected.
