Wish we could give more stars! My wife and I waited a year to write this review because of being new to insurance coverage and the ever-changing climate regarding it. Through it all, Marc Sandknop was readily available. His knowledge, demeanor, patience, empathy was very refreshing. We had many questions and he answered them all. We got a sense that he personally cared about our circumstances and wanted us to make the best decision, one that would meet our needs. A year later, everyone's circumstances changed, and having just gotten off the phone with Marc, it's great to know the service hasn't changed at all. My family knows what next year will be like and we are ready, thanks to Marc. Don't second-guess contacting SPF Insurance, we're glad we didn't.
