Bought a motherboard on eBay through this seller. They sent a wrong and completely incompatible motherboard instead. When I explained that this was part of a Christmas present and could they advance ship the correct one (CS said they had one in stock), I was told they had to physically receive the item, which being the week of Christmas, meant it would be toward the end of December before they would send out the correct one to fix THEIR mistake. The box was properly labeled for a B760 (Intel Socket 1700) but I received a B650 (AMD Socket AM5) as evidenced by the photos.

Bought a desktop on Jawa from this vendor. No issues so far. Accurate description, the item was shipped the next day. Reached out to support with a technical question, and they got back to me by the next business day.

Beware: Ordered online through Amazon I purchased a high-end gaming monitor advertised as being in “excellent, like-new” condition (open box). However, it arrived in a damaged box with holes roughly the size of baseballs. The item itself also had several discrepancies, which I promptly communicated to the seller. The seller’s response seemed automated and simply directed me to contact the manufacturer—even though this was a second-hand item that the manufacturer would not support. I was willing to consider reasonable solutions from the seller, but none were offered. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this seller again. After checking their business website, I noticed many other poor reviews describing similar experiences. Additionally, delivery was delayed due to a required signature that was never mentioned during purchase or checkout. Overall, these seem to reflect consistently poor business practices. One review from Mary mentioned that Computer HQ Inc. states: "Once the return period has passed (for example, 4 months past), returns are no longer accepted. That said, we are flexible when customers reach out after the return window and explain their situation kindly." That was not my experience. I was only one week past the return window, yet my professionally worded message to CHQ Inc. received an automated response essentially saying, “Not my problem anymore; contact the manufacturer.” At least Amazon offered some assistance in resolving the issue. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied. Live and learn.

Bought a refurbished motherboard on Jawa from here, and was very satisfied with how they handled an improperly manufacturer refurbished product. Per the listing, the board was refurbished by ASUS and sealed. I had an issue with my first board with a broken pin, and they were very quick to respond and offer a replacement for me, even got me a prepaid label. They tested the replacement board for me per my request, and got it back looking great! Very happy with the level of service I got and will consider purchasing from Computer Headquarters again.
