We’ve been a customer for many years. Once the family sold to a big company, service has been terrible. We’ve been trying to have them come to our house for weeks. The call service says they booked the appointments, but the technicians never show up as scheduled and don’t bother to call to reschedule. It’s become a joke. They clearly just want to charge for their quarterly service and not stand behind their work.

Victor Acuna is very professional. During his routine weekly inspection, he noticed ant activity and treated for the ants. He also noticed a small water leak and advised me of the leak so I could get maintenance work done on it. Tech is always polite and helpful

We have our yard sprayed every 2 months and our service person (Tom) is always prompt, very thorough and always friendly. We are very satisfied with the service.
