Alex installed our flooring and our stairs in two days and did the most beautiful job. I love our floors so much! He was very responsive, on time, reliable and fairly priced. I will be recommending Alex to everyone I know!

Absolutely amazing!! I had the pleasure of meeting Rich Alexander on site to get a quote for a two-bedroom condo in Anaheim hills that we are getting ready to rent out, and I couldn't have been more pleased for what I thought was a very reasonable price for some high-end carpet. Surprisingly, we found out that they were liquidating some stock and we got the most amazing carpet at a great price. I've already referred Rich to other friends. After selecting a date Rich actually showed up on job site to make sure everything was getting started as agreed. Everything finished on time and our carpet looks amazing. Thank you so much for all that you do. Everything went seamlessly and we would totally use you again. Thank you Rich and your entire team.

Alexander Flooring did a great job. As part of a major renovation we had over 1500 square feet of flooring installed on our second floor. There were several issues that arose once the previous flooring had been removed. Instead of trying to trouble shoot over the phone with the workers onsite, the owner Rich Alexander was onsite within two hours. He was always focused on doing the perfect job and not cutting any corners. He was also committed to making us as the customer happy. Ultimately we were very pleased with the quality of the work, the responsiveness to our particular needs and challenges, and the professionalism they showed throughout. They went beyond the call of duty and we enjoyed working with them.

The project had a bad communication issue, but the owner and supervisor came by to address the issue. Hopefully, it wont happen again. The installers did a great job.

Great Job! I was very pleased with Orlando and his attention to detail was spot on!! I would hire Alexander Flooring on my next project.
