GC Heating & Cooling was diligent, professional, skilled and a real pleasure to work with. We got a free estimate and they were so willing to come look at our unit. We had to get a full new unit in our townhome. Compared to the bigger companies we had contacted, GC provided the best quote. Their office staff was very prompt and helpful in all the questions I had. I was able to finance this major project with them. Jordan and Gustavo were very helpful and they are extremely hard working. You can't find an ac company like this! Trust me! We had 4 ac companies come out prior to them and they all ghosted us. Nobody wanted to do the work. They also installed our thermostat upstairs, and a new drainage system that was very complicated. Extremely happy and satisfied with their service!

Gabriel, My mini- split system had not been serviced in a few years. Gabriel cleaned ensured there was no leaks and topped off the freon. He recommended other things that I'll be calling him back to finish. Thank you!

First time ever writing a review. I had my original AC guy come out and fix the upstairs unit, one month later it had not been fixed and told us we needed a new unit. Librado fixed the problem in 2 hrs and so inexpensive. I will use him always in future issues and highly recommend his to anyone.

G&C owner Gustavo is a gem. Honest, knowledgeable, and upfront. We first encountered him through our Home Warranty company 2 years ago and more recently directly. He went above and beyond to advocate with the manufacturer of our units to get our issue resolved. Glad to say our air condition system is working perfectly thanks to him.His initial follow up 2 years ago was top notch. Julianna in the office is also very hands on. This family-run business can be trusted.

After living in my house for 32 years, I finally decided that it was now a necessity for central A/C. I did my preliminary research and found three companies who had great reviews. The third and final company that came out to provide estimates was GC Heating & Cooling, a local family owned company. Gustavo, the owner came to my house the same day I called. I knew within 30 minutes that I definitely would be having Gustavo’s company be the ones’ to do the job. Though Gustavo’s long and impressive background prior to starting his own business, along with the numerous favorable reviews detailing his customers’ experiences, were partially instrumental in my decision, there were even more important reasons for my doing so. Gustavo is a truly genuine and decent human being! He was eloquent and communicated in terms that I as a layman could understand. Of particular importance for me was the fact that we have a bonus room that was added on to the house by the first owner, and I was concerned about getting good airflow into that large area. Gustavo conveyed a plan that was even more thorough and sensible than the other two companies I spoke with. And to my surprise, his quote was a few thousand dollars less than the other family owned company that had originally really impressed me! Gustavo installed new vents in two different areas (living room and kitchen), and also increased the airflow from two existing vents by closing a third one. Gustavo takes immense pride in his work, his company’s reputation, and the ultimate satisfaction of his customers. I truly believe that Gustavo could generate more income for his work. However his ethics, integrity, and morals, are more important to him than excess profits! He and his son Alex were always on time, upbeat, and very hard working. Gustavo’s energy level is incredible! He can run circles around folks half his age! Gustavo took care of setting up the asbestos removal in the attic, the city work permit, and at the job’s completion, the two inspections (efficiency inspection and city inspection). He also made a point of being with me during the city inspection. Lastly, we have some rescue animals, a dog and a few “house” cats. Gustavo and his son Alex were always on top of making sure that my pets were secure. As it turned out, Alex rescues cats and Gustavo is also a huge animal lover and rescue advocate. Personally, I have found that people who are lovers of animals usually are compassionate, decent, and genuine in other areas of their lives as well. The system test went very well! I’m extremely happy with our new A/C and Heating System! I consider myself blessed to have found Gustavo and GC Heating and Cooling and of course am highly recommending them!
