All good but just too noisy. It's incredibly frustrating when apartment layouts don't utilize parking lots as natural acoustic buffers against busy highways.

These are the nicest apartments in this wonderful city and I even upgraded my lease to enjoy it even more. Bianka and Eriverto are super personable and have a great work ethic; they're always prompt whenever I need something (which is not often!). Location is excellent, everything I need is within a few blocks and we have some real gems in the area which I would visit even if I lived elsewhere.

Living at Avalon Cerritos has been a great experience so far. The leasing office and team have been very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Any issues I’ve brought up were addressed quickly and professionally, which I really appreciate. The community is well maintained and the amenities are a big plus. I really like having gated parking and access to the gym. The location is also very convenient, close to the freeway and a shopping center, which makes everyday errands easy. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live here and appreciate the support from the management team.

Bianka in the office is the best! She helped me through the entire process of living here. First, when touring the property, then during the application and moving in process to now my moving out process every step of the way. She is very kind and helpful. She very much cares for the residents. She answered every single question and listened to every concern I had. When I unfortunately had some personal hardships come up some months back, she listened and reassured me and helped me come to a great solution. She and the rest of the staff (maintenance as well) are there for you and in a timely manner too. If I ever needed the office or maintenance staff, they would answer the same day if not the next business day if I requested after hours. They even give out free treats for the residents in the leasing office about once a month. Yes, this is a luxury apartment building so rent is higher, but I do think it’s worth it. First, the square footage of my studio/1 bed apartment is massive as well as the walk in closet. I love the balcony. Each apartment comes with in unit washer and dryer. I love the tile and countertops in the kitchen. I love the pool and all the amenities. The gym is 24/7. It is gated so I do feel safe. I have loved living here and I definitely do recommend. Been here for about 6 months, and have been outstandingly pleased. I have nothing but nice things to say about the Community staff and the Maintenance staff. Bianka and Justin were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the leasing process, and continue to be so. Eri and Isaiah are quick, professional, and responsive with all our maintenance requests. Of course as with all complexes, there are some inconveniences. For example, I've never been a huge proponent of the valet trash service, single-bundle internet service, or the reliance of digital locks on every door. However, for all other actionable concerns, the Community staff does a great job addressing them swiftly and adequately. In addition, the Community staff constantly coordinate floor/garage cleanings, food-trucks and free snacks/socials, and I appreciate their efforts. All-in-all, I'm very satisfied as a tenant.
