I turned to Relion to help me resolve a problem with my email storage folders. Toby Adea was assigned my ticket. He listened to my explanation of the issue, developed an approach to fix it and then proceeded to successfully implement his approach. As a pediatric reconstructive surgeon, I needed to find an IT company with some expertise in certain aspects of healthcare IT. Though I rarely write reviews, this company is so truly exceptional that I feel compelled to explain why. We actually contacted them initially from a google search that led us to read their reviews, which were overwhelmingly positive. When we first met Brian, he was so knowledgeable and friendly and full of great suggestions for us. Coming off of terrible experiences with our two prior IT companies, Relion seemed very different and obviously excelled in customer service. In these past two years of working with them we have gotten to know most of their employees, who are all incredibly kind, resourceful and always helpful with a positive attitude. On the rare occasions that we have had urgent issues, Relion is so responsive and solves the issue very quickly. I can't say enough good things about this company...I hope to work with them until the day I retire!
