Unprofessional, deceptive, and outright dangerous work — avoid at all costs if they don’t make this right. I hired this company to install carpeting, and they managed to rip my bedframe completely in half while moving it. Instead of taking responsibility, they pressured me into accepting a “fix” by jamming a long screw into the torn wood — a flimsy, unsafe repair on furniture that was perfectly intact before they arrived. I made it clear this was unacceptable, yet they jimmied it back together anyway without my consent and snuck out before I could stop them. The carpeting itself was sloppy and incomplete, with loose threads everywhere and the old, improperly installed glue‑held transition piece never removed or replaced — which they tried to sneak past me as well. I am now waiting on a manager to call me back, though I fully expect the typical runaround and excuses to avoid owning up to this mess. If this is not properly resolved, I will also be filing formal complaints through the BBB and city licensing authorities. Bottom line: this company showed no care for their work or for my family’s safety, and they tried to corner me into accepting shoddy, unsafe results. I’ll update this review if they resolve this appropriately, but as it stands — highly unprofessional.
