The worst! Do Not Use! Their employees on the phone and the service people that spray are amazing but I have never encountered a Company that cares so little about actually doing what I'm paying them to do. The man who sold me the service actually Yelled at me in a text and when I called him on it hung up on me! It's a $250 cancellation fee that will not be waived even though I still have ants in my house and no assigned sprayer (so they have to work me into someone's schedule every month). They Do Not show up as scheduled and the AI phone call is inaccurate in stating the date they will show up. If a zero rating were possible I would give that. I live in Ventura County so if considering this company in this region, Don't!

Bryan is always very friendly and helpful. The company does a great job at communicating as well.

This company doesn’t know they’re right from their left hand. I called Last December and was told that our service had been canceled at my request. When I told them that was not the case. I was told that to reinstate my account there would be an additional fee. At that point, I declined and hired another company. I notified my credit card company to dispute the charges. Today I received a statement for two more months. Today I was told that we only canceled part of the service. BTW, we live in a gated community and I Blocked them from entry there’s no service they’re just billing me. They really need to Get their act together.

Joel always lets me know he is here and what he is going to do and if there is anything else I may! He is polite and respectful and very thorough. Joel lets me know if he finds something new he might need to treat also, before he proceeds to do it! Excellent customer service and excellent job well done!

I can’t believe mosquito repelling can be this easy without chemical covering our lawn and fruit tree roots. The installation was so fast just buckets around my backyard and I don’t even notice them. Can’t wait to enjoy my backyard without smacking myself may times.
