We recently had a fantastic customer support experience with IT Creations Inc. We had made a purchase of a product which was shipped superfast to us. Unfortunately the product though was the correct part numbe,r didnt match the manufacturer we had specifically ordered. Illiana the operation support specialist at IT creations was very kind to accept the return and give us a full refund for the same. Really appreciate their prompt service.

I bought an A6000 from them. The customer service was prompt and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. I worked with Gal Lis and was very happy with my level of service. Shipping was fast and everything came in safe and packaged well. I will continue to buy my computer parts from them.

Amazing Customer Service. Great and knowledgeable staff. It is honestly one of my favorite companies to work with. Gal was a phenomenal sales engineer. All of the staff was very respectful and I cannot imagine having a bad experience 10/10!

The item I bought was packaged and sent out hours after I placed my order. Got the shipping tracking number and invoice confirmation hours after as well. Extremely fast and exactly on time! My product was packaged with so much padding for a simple cord, I really appreciated it. Will be buying from here many more times.

Amazing customer service. They helped us find a CPU with a heatsink for a blade server and shipped it to us overnight. When we received it, we realized that we ordered the wrong size heatsink (wide vs standard). They shipped the correct one to us overnight at no charge. We were surprised they even had the parts in stock (we checked about 10 other vendors, nobody had them). These guys are awesome. We'll definitely be using them for our future parts needs.
