I was shocked, he used to be very reliable, but apparently things have changed. Very disappointing.

A great, knowledgeable, affable and experienced person. He fixes any electricity issue in a prompt and efficient manner.

I called Richard to discuss installing a plug for an electric dryer. He spend over 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining my options and at the end of the day advising that financially a gas dryer would be more economical. He truly took the time to understand my needs, evaluate my situation and make a recommendation.

His picture might look scary but he's actually a nice guy. Highly recommended and i wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and would recommend him to my family and friends. Old school kind of guy.
