They were very responsive and friendly. A technician was able to come out quickly, despite the holidays, and repair my furnace. He also fixed another issue that had been bothering me while he was out. Everything was explained to me in clear terms and they were extremely thorough. Really great experience and would absolutely call them again for future services.

Excellent service! Our AC went out, and we gave BRS a call. Two young gentlemen (David and Luis)came to the call. They were like doctors out there analyzing the problem. They answered the majority of my gazillion questions and what they weren't sure of, called the owner directly, who was able to answer from there. This is the second time we've gotten help from BRS and I am so grateful! Really quick response time in my Yelp messages, and they were able to get here the next morning. This time it turned out our 40 year old furnace was finally beyond repair, so we had to replace it. They came and looked on a Thursday and by Monday afternoon we had a brand new heater. In today's circumstances, getting quick installations is amazing. Zero complaints, excellent service.
