I went for a Resident Card renovation and Betty helped me get an appointment for biometrics and a routine interview for USCIS, required for the renovation. She guided me all the way from what documents I had to bring, she kept me up to date while I was waiting for an appointment date and even checked up with me after the renovation process was completed to see if everything went fine. I'm thankful for the patience and the communication she had with me that very few many people have in these kinds of procedures.
