Why retail tenants in Chula Vista work with painting providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

We had a great experience with City Painting! Andy explained everything well the first day when he came over for an estimate and we were so impressed we decided to start right away. His team was professional and only took 2 days to paint 4 large rooms including the kitchen plus the hallway and tall stairwell. We love the work and would definitely recommend them!

City painting did a great job on our indoor project, we had some bright paint and older paint in parts of the house. Andy came in gave us a crazy great price and started right away, it was supposed to take 2 days but his crew did it in one. Patched pin holes, patched screw holes, patched door knob sized holes no problem. Job looked great, they were non stopped working and Andy came by the next day to inspect the job, small issues to resolve but nothing unexpected. 100 % going to hire them again.

Hiring Andy and his team at City Painting was one of the best decisions we made for our home! We absolutely hated the original color of our newly purchased house, and Andy worked tirelessly to ensure we found the perfect shade. He went above and beyond, putting on his "investigative hat" to make sure we were 100% happy with our choice.
The entire process was seamless—no hidden fees, just a straightforward quote with no surprises. Andy and his team were professional, communicative, and truly experts at what they do. The results speak for themselves—everyone who visits our home loves the new color! We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend City Painting to anyone looking for top-notch service and outstanding results.
