Mike came out and replaced my water pressure regulator. He noticed on a previous visit that there was some corrosion. I lived in this house over 15 years and didn’t realize that 5-10 years is the recommended replacement period for San Diego due to sediment. He is very professional, quick and workmanship is first rate. Definitely recommend Primo Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Awesome job! A water pipe got damaged when i was changing my toilet valve. Called Mike and he quickly came, opened up the dry wall, fixed the pipe, replaced the valve with high quality parts and also gave me a few tips so next time i try to fix something i dont destroy my house. Great guy! Good price. Totally recomend his work!

Probably the best experience I've had with a plumber in San Diego. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful even when as far as the helping me over the phone prior to me making the decision to fix my pressure regulator. Very honest work and it's refreshing to have somebody who is as genuine as Primo plumbing is. I would SURELY recommend Primo Plumbing!!! I was so impressed be Mr. Labbe's professionalism, and especially him coming out right away after the holiday. I came into my laundry room yesterday afternoon to a warm smell, and water covering 3/4 of the floor. Primo Plumbing was recommended by a friend. I called, he asked me to send over pictures so that he could gage what was happening, he saw what was needed and asked when would I like him to come out. When I asked if he could help me that day...he said he would go buy the water heater (a quality one) then he'd be on his way. Mr. Labbe also spoke to me about the cost for the water heater and labor, full disclosure upfront. I was satisfied with the cost, the knowledge, urgency to help, kindness and professionalism. He also took the time to show me all that he had done and replaced, how the water heater works, and cleaned up thoroughly before he left.
