I have been begging for a response from account rep or the tax department for many months. I now have an intent to seize my property because of unpaid payroll taxes. This company needs to be shut down.

I agree with Jill’s assessment. This is our third—and final—year with Landmark, and the end of the relationship cannot come soon enough. They have made errors on our taxes every single quarter, without exception. They also mis-entered a garnishment that resulted in an employee being paid nearly triple their normal amount rather than having the deduction taken. We’ve had to continually seek out solutions to problems they created. Their customer service has been consistently poor, and the final straw was their lack of awareness regarding ACA requirements and their unwillingness to assist after making yet another mistake. Even more concerning, they struggle to use the very software they resell. In short, look elsewhere for support. Update to this statement- We transitioned at the first of the year from Landmark for their incompetence of paying taxes on time and in the correct amount. 5 months later I am still receiving letters from the IRS demanding payment from our December 2025 941s. What a seemingly good example of how bad they are.

After receiving multiple letters from the IRS that my taxes had not been paid I changed payroll company. Somehow they collected the money to pay my taxes but never sent it to the IRS. This happened 4 or 5 times, and each time they promised the the problem was fixed but it never was. Ultimately I changed payroll companies because they cant seem to fix the problem of taking the money to pay your taxes, but not actually doing it.

I was with Landmark for 3 quarters of 2025 and I received a letter from the IRS regarding my federal withholding remittance every single quarter. Landmark constantly remitted approximately 25% of what was withheld from my employees and while they did rectify the situation quickly once the IRS sent the letter and I contacted them I should never had to receive a letter or chase them to correct it. If I wanted to get in trouble with the IRS I could do it myself as opposed to paying someone to do it for me. Needless to say, I switched my payroll to ADP. They’re easier to deal with and charge me less per pay period.

We in the past few months switched from another payroll company and in the past year this now makes our 3rd. We work with Sarah here in Florida and she’s made the transition seamless. So far so good and very glad to know that if there’s any issue or question we know exactly who we’re talking to.
