Chatted with spectrum in the app. Got an appointment an hour later. Had all my new modem and router ready! Special shout out to Temo Who was super kind and helpful. I was amazed at how fast, easy and positive the whole process was.

There is no way I had an appointment at 11 am and arrived to check in time and still wait 2.5 hours. I went and had lunch and still came back to a long wait time. There is something incredibly wrong with Spectrums operations that should be looked into, it is not the fault of the employees. I felt as if I was at the DMV.
