DONT FINNANCE EQUPMENT. Hidden fees for simple thing as insurance cert not uploaded in time by agency. Even though you had insurance they will not care. THEY MAKE THEIR BANK RUN ON HIDDEN FEES. BE AWARE. Non Compliance Fee is what they call their scam. Sad that Ritchie Bro recomended them to me. I made sure they also know who they work with.

Revised: after posting this review and receiving the response below I made a phone call to customer service and they did a great job of getting my complaint resolved. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable friendly and extremely helpful. I appreciate the Swift response and resolution. Worst customer service of any company that I do business with. Submitted payment to pay off a vehicle and need the title released. The only email response I'm able to get from them is the automated customer service email. Have sent several messages asking when the title will be released and nothing but crickets. Very frustrating. It's funny how attentive they are to your account whenever you owe them money but whenever you paid them money you can't get them to respond. I don't want to be that guy posting negative reviews but since they won't respond to my emails I guess I'm going to drop a review out here on the internet. Get the title released And I'll update the review. Maybe you're short-handed??? But I believe you've had plenty of time to respond.

Like always a company that's dishonest shows their claws at one point. After I have finance two equipments through this company I decide to pay it off one year in advance the last 12 months we got a job that paid very well so we want to settle that finance part What comes to find out that the price to pay one year in advance is the same price to pay at the end these crooks they charge interest rate regardless if you pay ahead of time or not and they try to explain to me there's no claws on this finance that would approve prepayment. My advice is find another company to do a visit with I'm taking all my business away from ameris Bank it's going to cost them to get another customer more than take care of a customer that they had for over 15 years. Call for what is did call before I posted this. This is not a radom upset customer this a true story and I'll post doccument photos here if needed.

Be aware of this company lending process. They are not upfront for what you’re signing. Please read paragraph 4 of the contract. They are going to charge you a per diem charge, that has nothing to do with paying down the loan. It’s just a straight charge for their services. Which I was not told. People please read paragraph (4) don’t be fooled.

Had a truck approved for fince with them. Waited a month didn't hear anything. Called and called and never a return call. Come to find out that they sold out and never let me know. Know I'm glad I didn't do anything with them. I hope the new company dose better then these guys did. Glad after looking I didn't do anything with them. They need to get there act together. Hopefully soon they will become a better place to deal with. They're growing to fast and not taking care of the people. There's needs to be a personal feeling for this place to help and not make even a number. That's the bad part of the company.
