Very good

We had a great experience with Professional Plumbers! After our kitchen drain had been out of service for a week, we received recommendations from other companies ranging from descaling the pipes to relining sections of our plumbing, none of which came with much confidence. We decided to get one more opinion from Professional Plumbers, and we’re so glad we did. They answered our call quickly, offered to come out for a very reasonable price to try clearing the line, and even said they wouldn’t charge us if they couldn’t fix it. They also offered a second opinion on the other quotes we had received. Jon called shortly after, arrived within the hour, and had our drain cleared in about five minutes. He was professional, honest, and incredibly efficient. Thanks to Jon, our kitchen was back up and running without the unnecessary repairs that had been recommended elsewhere. We’re so thankful we found Professional Plumbers. If you’re facing a plumbing issue, definitely give them a call and get a second opinion before committing to expensive repairs. Highly recommend!

This is the THIRD time we've used Professional Plumbing and we're still extremely satisfied with both the quality of their work and their professionalism. Nick and Dustin were prompt, efficient, thorough, and respectful of us and our property. They were also friendly and patient in explaining the scope of the work, as well as our various options. There's nobody else we'd trust to perform plumbing work in our home, period. Thanks again! 😊

Had a ceiling leak from the upstairs bathroom. Jon came out and since it had leaked the day before, he couldn't locate the leak for certain, so recommended a wait and see approach. We think it had been caused by a backed up toilet which had been resolved. Appreciate that they didn't recommend unneeded repairs. They are always dependable, clean and honest. I will not call any other plumber.

Extremely responsive, knew exactly what to do and very professional! I’m so glad to have contacted them to fix our issue!
