Frank came to our rescue in a very difficult time of our lives shortly after my mom passed away as we needed to get an after death appraisal for our family home. Frank is very punctual, well spoken, well dressed, very professional, and an absolute gem in real estate as a broker and an agent. Frank went above and way beyond any expectations of what an agent would do. He researched market values, researched clients, analyzed the best plan for our situation and answered every single call promptly for almost a year regarding any questions we had for getting the house ready for market and many other things regarding the various issues we had that was out of the normal in most real estate cases, but Frank never hesitated to help us with the complicated situation we were in.
