I have had the pleasure of knowing Tony Ferro, owner of Baldwin Builders, both personally and professionally and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. As a longtime property adjuster working specifically with high net-worth clients throughout the Los Angeles area, I know how essential it is to have a contractor who values professionalism, integrity and quality workmanship…Baldwin Builders consistently delivers on all three. Tony and his crew have worked in my own home as well as the homes of many friends recently affected by the Eaton Fire, and all of the feedback has been exceptional. Baldwin Builders is knowledgeable, dependable and extremely communicative, providing timely updates and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right is what truly sets them apart. It is rare to find a contractor who combines technical expertise with genuine client care, but Baldwin Builders does exactly that. I will continue to recommend Tony and his team to anyone seeking a trusted, highly-quality general contractor.

Working with Baldwin Builders was a remarkable experience from start to finish. Their team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence set them apart from any contractor I’ve worked with. Every phase of construction was executed with precision, clear communication, and a genuine respect for both schedule and budget. They approached our project as if it were their own, solving challenges quickly and maintaining a clean, organized job site throughout. The final product exceeded our expectations — structurally sound, aesthetically flawless, and built to last. Baldwin Builders delivers craftsmanship and integrity that reflect true pride in their work.

Our ADU project with Baldwin Builders was handled with exceptional professionalism and precision. From design coordination through final inspection, their team maintained clear communication, met every deadline, and delivered craftsmanship that far exceeded our expectations. They navigated all city permitting requirements and utility tie-ins with ease, keeping us informed every step of the way. The quality of finishes, attention to detail, and efficiency on-site were outstanding. Baldwin Builders turned what could have been a stressful process into a seamless experience, resulting in a beautiful, high-quality ADU that added tremendous value to our property.

I first heard about Baldwin Builders last year when one of my tenants called them while I was out of the country for a wedding in Italy. There was a ceiling leak at one of my rentals, and since I was completely off the grid, they handled it on their own. I’ll admit I was nervous at first, but Tony kept me in the loop, sent photos, and got everything repaired quickly. The work held up great, and the whole experience left a good impression. So when I decided to remodel my own kitchen and hallway bathroom a few weeks ago, I called Baldwin Builders. Once again, everything went smoothly — the crew was professional, finished on time, and the results look amazing. They’ve definitely earned my trust.

We used Baldwin Builders for repairs and remodeling at our dental office after a small flood from a broken supply line. Tony and his team were great from start to finish. They worked around our patient schedule, kept noise to a minimum during business hours, and finished everything faster than expected. The drywall and flooring repairs look seamless, and they even helped touch up some older cabinetry so it all matched. Communication was easy and professional — I always knew what was happening each day. It’s hard finding contractors who respect a medical office environment, but Baldwin Builders handled it perfectly. Highly recommend them.
