Highly recommended without reservation. Basem was great to work with. Complete kitchen remodel in 13 days. Straight Arrow did everything, cabinets, counter top, drywall and plumbing. And they were our best bid. Additionally, I live in north San Diego County and they came down from Covina, so the logistics were a little awkward, but everything was completed in an efficient manner. When I had questions or wasn't happy with something, Basem took care of it immediately.

A friend recommended Straight Arrow Flooring to me. I needed to redo my kitchen and bathroom floors. I decided on tile and Straight Arrow Flooring allowed me to take home pieces of tile to help me decide. I picked one out and within the week I was able to schedule my installation date. The men arrived each day on time and laid tarps down to protect my other flooring. They worked very hard and finished in two days. The third day another man came to finish the base boards and put the appliances back. I love the tile and the craftsmanship was excellent! I highly recommend Straight Arrow Flooring, they have great customer service and highly qualified professional installers.

We just had a complete gut and remodel done on two very old, very small, bathrooms. We dreaded having to do this since our kitchen remodel was such an ordeal. Upon a recommendation from our neighbor, we decided to go ahead with Straight Arrow. What a difference between companies! Basem, owner of Straight Arrow and project manager, stopped by almost every day to see how things were going. The following, under Basem’s direction, are highly skilled professionals, that were very neat and clean throughout the project. Avelino (plumbing, electrical); Marco and Valentin (drywall, paint); Federico (tile); Juan (shower doors). Four and a half weeks later, both bathrooms are finished! They are beautifully functional and gorgeous! Pictures, don’t really do them justice. If you have any doubts about who to hire, then go with our recommendation! Good company from start to finish.

Very happy with the quality of materials, price, work as well as the time it took to complete the project! We replaced all the carpet and old wood with water proof laminate. The new floor has totally changed the aesthetic appeal of the interior of our home.it really stands out. Good work, thanks straight arrow flooring!
