This half star "Agency" insured the wrong property for me. I ended up with 3 policies on one property and one properry completly uninsured. Almost 90 days now and still waiting for a refund or cancelation to be processed. How can sold policies not show up in their system? Seems like questionable payment transaction. Zero customer service even with multiple policies. They're always unavailable in a none emergency situation. Imagine on an emergency where the agent is not returning messages or answering questions. They're always unable to help. They always have an excuse supposedly to be absent from the office. They do not return calls or answer policy questions. The only thing they do is take your money for the policy and forget you exist.

When purchasing a new home last year, we were confronted by the insurance crisis in CA. Nearly all major insurance companies refused to even quote on our home. Without the efforts of our lender to identify Pulse Insurance as a broker and Bamboo Insurance as the insurer, we probably couldn’t have purchase our home. Been trying to get a hild of them and they dont answer for a few days. Not sure how they stay in business not answering phone specially clients customer service.
