Amity Law Group helped me set up my living trust back in 2017. Fast forward to 2026, I decided I needed to do a trust restatement and I wanted Amity Law to handle this process. The trust restatement was initially done with a phone call with Cindy. (Cindy also helped me in 2017) I told Cindy what changes I wanted in the living trust, agreed to the retainer amount, and was forwarded by email the paperwork that had to be completed. The paperwork was straightforward and easy to understand. I was also taken care of by Kurt and Ella, the legal assistants. When I had questions they were both very helpful and the turnaround time was fast. When the drafts were ready, I reviewed them and another phone appointment was setup with Cindy for any further questions I might have to finalize the trust restatement. The entire transaction was smooth without any hiccups. I am so happy I finally got this restatement done! I am very pleased with Amity Law and their staff was very professional and polite! I had a virtual consultation with Jennifer for Irrevocable Trust setup. I appreciate that she is punctual and values/takes the consultation seriously. Jennifer is not the type of attorney that would sugarcoat things, or the smooth-talking/sales-driven type of attorney who tries to charm clients right away. I appreciate that she is candid. Even though her advice may discourage people from retaining her, she remains honest and transparent. I would recommend her for Estate planning or Employment Law.
