I called Top Notch Plumbing to get a quote for a leak in the main water line and they did a fantastic spot repair. Jaime and Fabian were amazing. Fabian showed up to do a quote but he immediately started looking around to see if we can find a simple solution. He dug up the ground and found the leak and was immediately able to repair it. They did not try to push me into higher expensive options.

We hired Top Notch Plumbing for a major plumbing job totaling around $15,000 for a full home repipe and redrain. Only a few months later, one of the plumbing lines already failed. After the issues started, we paid another company to inspect everything and compare the work against the contract. They found multiple items listed in the contract that were never actually done. When I brought this up to Jaime, the owner, I was told the contract was “generic” and that they “don’t have time to be specific.” That response was extremely disappointing. A $15,000 job is not “generic” to a working family, especially while trying to save money on active duty military pay. To make matters worse, Jaime even had the audacity to try charging me additional money for plumbing work that was supposed to already be included in the contract. That was the final straw for us. At this point, I honestly don’t even feel comfortable asking them to come back and fix the issues because I no longer trust the quality of the work. Now we are likely going to spend even more money hiring another company to correct what should have been done in the first place. Please do your research before hiring this company. We regret not getting additional opinions beforehand.

Jaime, Andrew, Alex, Eric, and Fabian did an excellent job of lining my church's main sewer line. The were all very professional and knowledgeable. They all went above and beyond what most plumbers would do. When they were done for the day, they cleaned up the entire area, like they had never been there. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Every single employee that has worked on my plumbing issue has been extremely friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Top Notch Plumbing for ALL plumbing repairs big or small, commercial or residential.

We've had nothing but great experiences with Top Notch Plumbing Inc. They recently did a big job for our house: installing new clean-outs and some pipe liners for our drainage pipes. Jeff came and did a great job explaining the details of what our options were to me and my wife. He was very accommodating with trying to give us estimates based on just how much work we wanted done. The actual installation of the clean-outs were done by Andrew (and I think Jaime?), and they were top notch in their work (forgive the pun, but their company is aptly named). The new clean-outs look great. Andrew was excellent in communicating during all the work stages, and they were able to work with and around me and my wife's work schedules. Their rates are more than fair and they have excellent customer service. Highly recommended. I think we have found our go-to plumbing service!

Jeff from Top Notch Plumbing was amazing. He was honest with his assessment for my kitchen sink replacement. The price was fair. He came on time and finish the job in half the estimated time which was great. I would call them again in the future for plumbing projects.
