The website is difficult to manage, I was forced to create a "wallet" with money that was NOT used towards my one-time purchase via PayPal. Strange. Mails are not answered properly or not at all - one mail was simply not deliverable. Supposedly they are online "24 hours", but you deal only with a chatbot if you are not in a US timezone. That chatbot goes into loops, promises things she cannot do ("I will send a download link" or so) or disappears altogether. Not very intelligent. Downloading what I paid for did not work automatically, only later during CA daytime when a real person was available. I mailed with her in order to get reimbursed for the money in the wallet. It worked! The whole project of buying software from this website took up a lot of time. Strong recommendation: Only buy there if you are in the general time zone of or near California (I live in Germany).
