The project was a large-scale roof replacement on a 5,200-square-foot commercial property with a mix of hip and gable structures. Ben from Big Boy Roofing recommended premium asphalt shingles and coordinated everything with the city inspector. They stripped the old layers, replaced the underlayment, and installed new drip edges for proper drainage. The attention to slope transitions and vent alignment shows the level of care they put into the work.

We didn’t expect the roof’s underlayment to fail so soon. Big Boy Roofing helped with the reroofing by removing every old tile, replacing the underlayment, and reinstalling with better flashing around the chimneys and ridges. The project was clean, straightforward, and the crew ensured the new layout corrected old drainage issues. Thank you, Mark and the crew.

Our flat roof section had drainage problems, and patching wasn't working anymore. These roofers came in and reroofed it with a built-up roofing system. They corrected the low-slope angles by adding new framing layers and installed the BUR layers step-by-step. They even coordinated the city inspections so that the project moved along without hiccups. The flat roof drains correctly, and we've had no issues since.

This wasn’t just a roof job; it turned into fixing years of problems. We had a gable roof with two skylights that constantly leaked. They removed the old shingles, stripped the soft plywood, and reframed the roof deck around the skylights. Then came the new underlayment and upgraded shingles. They also reinstalled new curb-mounted skylights with the correct flashing and sealing. What I liked most was how nothing was rushed. Each part of the roof, from the valleys to the ridge, was installed the right way. It was a big project and one we’re glad we finally did.

We decided on a metal roof, and Big Boy Roofing did an amazing job. They measured everything carefully and made sure each metal panel fit perfectly. The roof is strong and fits our home. They also out down extra insulation underneath. The team was professional and worked fast. Thank you!!
